The following Routine Tests (as per IEC 60076) are carried out on all Transformers:

     Seperate Source Voltage withstand test.
     Induced Over voltage Test.
     Voltage Ratio and Vector Group test.
     Measurement of Winding Resistance.
     Measurement of No Load Loss and Magnetizing Current.
     Measurement of Load Loss and Impedance Voltage.
     BDV Tests on Oil.

The following Special / Type Tests can be carried out if specially agreed upon at the time of Contract finalization on one Transformer of each Rating:

    Temperature Rise Test
    Measurement of Acoustic Sound Level

The Company has full-fledged Computer aided Test facilities to carry out the above Tests in house.
