Voltamp Energy issues its Initial Public Offering

Voltamp Energy S.A.O.G (formerly Voltamp Manufacturing Co. LLC) issued its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on 5th May 2008. The IPO size is 25,000,000 ordinary shares with the offer price of RO 0.542 per share. The issue has opened on 5 May 2008 and will close on 3 June 2008.

As many as 17.5 million shares or 70 % of Voltamp shares are reserved for retail investors who apply for a maximum of 10,000 shares.
